Miss Cheryl is proudly celebrating over 35 years as a dance educator and true inspiration to many young dancers. Her early dance training began in Somerville, MA with Barbara Tiffany Murphy and expanded to other dance instruction with local studios as well as a Teacher Training Course with the Dance Teacher’s Club of Boston. Miss Cheryl graduated from the Teacher Training Course in 1982 and became certified to teach Tap, Ballet and Jazz. She is also a member of Dance Masters of America and continues her dance training with both organization’s seminars and workshops throughout the year. She opened her studio in 1984 and has taken great pride in sharing her love of dance with every student that has passed through her studio doors. Her passion for the love of dance has been passed on to her teaching staff, who are also certified dance teachers with the Dance Teacher’s Club of Boston.

Cheryl A. Sullivan’s School of Dance, located in Medford, Massachusetts, is a well established name in the world of dance instruction. Continually improving the art of dance training, this school has proudly succeeded in making dance a special part of every student’s life for the last 25 years.

The school has received many dance awards including trophies and ribbons for High Gold, Gold and Silver awards, along with certificates for many of the dance company students when they complete bi-annual workshops with the Dance Teacher’s Club of Boston and other national dance organizations

The school provides a comfortable training atmosphere for any student wanting to have fun while learning how to dance from an amature to professional level. The teachers pride themselves on making all classes enjoyable while allowing the student to succeed in their individual dance goals.
